Wow, great tribute! We did The Cardinal workout last Friday in Phoenix at The Range, and it was super powerful. In our Name-O-Rama we all said our birth name, age, and then Cardinal as our F3 name for the beat down. Cardinal is all of us, and we are him. Lots of prayers for Cardinal and his family. Matt, this was a beautiful tribute to our fallen Brother Cardinal and to the men of F3 Knoxville and all the men of our F3 Brotherhood. F3 has a way of bringing out the best in us. I write to you from F3 Fort Bend in the Greater Houston (TX) area and can tell you that all of our AOs were honored to pay tribute to our Brother Cardinal. My heart is heavy for the loss of a man I have never met, but would have easily felt a kinship toward had I met him somewhere in the Gloom. From the few precious moments you have shared, I have a sense of the man. Thank you for sharing him with the F3 Brotherhood. Cardinal now lives in our hearts and in our thoughts.
